Hormone receptor positive breast cancer makes up for most of the breast cancer cases. The treatment protocols of this subtype have seen major changes over the past decade with the introduction of agents including cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. This chapter concisely discusses the treatment of hormone positive metastatic breast cancer.
