Evolving Technological Advances in Early and Locally Advanced Breast Cancers

Breast cancer is the most common cancer plaguing women worldwide and the second most common cause of cancer-related mortality. Radiation therapy forms a fundamental pillar in the multidisciplinary management of breast cancer across all stages—early, locally advanced, and metastatic settings. In this chapter, we aim to discuss the latest advances in the technological aspects of radiation treatment planning and delivery of breast cancer.
