To investigate the efficacy of the newly developed antibacterial drug A, a comparative experiment with the existing antibacterial drug B was conducted. Newly admitted patients were randomly assigned to either the group receiving antibacterial drug A (Group A) or the group receiving antibacterial drug B (Group B), and the therapeutic effects were compared based on the duration of hospital stay.
