This paper offers the outcomes of a study on “Unlocking the Value of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management Through Effective Implementation and Usage.” The study received responses from 116 participants and gave significant insights into the prevalence and effectiveness of AI in these critical HR practices. According to the findings, a large majority of respondents said that their organization uses AI for Human Resource Management (HRM). Furthermore, the research shows that implementing AI in HRM can lead to considerable gains in organizational outcomes. A considerable portion of respondents claimed that applying AI had significantly improved their hiring, career development, and performance evaluation, talent management procedures. In addition, respondents said they used AI for staff development, underscoring how many people see AI's potential to offer individualized learning and development opportunities. While the majority of respondents were optimistic about AI's influence, it is important to highlight that some reported no progress or had qualms about AI's usefulness in specific areas. Overall, this study gives useful information about the prevalence and impact of artificial intelligence in HRM.
