摘要

Artificial intelligence (AI)–based chatbots have become increasingly popular as technology advances and businesses seek to provide more efficient and personalized customer service. Chatbots have expanded across various industries, including education, healthcare, e-commerce, finance, and customer service. However, there are also concerns about the potential impact of AI and chatbots on employment, privacy, and security. As more jobs become automated, there is a risk of job displacement for workers in certain industries. Additionally, there is a need to ensure that chatbots are designed to protect user privacy and data security. As AI-enabled chatbot technology continues to advance, it is important to address these issues and ensure that the benefits of this technology are realized while minimizing any potential risks or negative consequences. In this research, we have developed a secure educational chatbot that will also help protect academic information from hackers and make the entire conversation secure for educational institutions and students. This educational chatbot has been secured using end-to-end encryption, which we have implemented using three encryption algorithms: AES, RSA, and the Hybrid algorithm, a combination of the Double Ratchet algorithm and Paillier cryptosystems. Finally, this research paper compares and concludes which encryption algorithm takes the least time for encryption and decryption of the entire message”.
