Nerve Anatomy
摘要
The pelvic and abdominal nerves consist of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves. The distribution of sympathetic nerves follows the path of the abdominal aorta and its major branches from top to bottom, while the parasympathetic nerves travel from the outer to inner regions of the pelvic cavity. During lymphadenectomy for malignant gynecological tumors, the highest level of lymph node dissection along the abdominal aorta is usually at the level of the renal veins, which ensures that the abdominal plexus and mesenteric plexus above this level are not damaged. The main nerves associated with surgical injury are located below the abdominal plexus.
