摘要

Robot-assisted surgery offers significant advantages in performing cervical cancer surgeries, particularly in QM-C1 type cases (preserving pelvic autonomous nerve function). The main benefits lie in the magnified surgical field, which is enlarged by 10–15 times, allowing for precise and stable surgical maneuvers. Additionally, physiological tremors can be filtered out, enabling surgeons to perform delicate procedures within a highly magnified field. The system allows for accurate dissection of membrane bridges between individual embryonic units, precisely revealing the intermembrane spaces between these units. This level of precision enhances the visualization of the hypogastric nerves and the pelvic splanchnic nerves, facilitating meticulous nerve dissection. As a result, the concept of membrane dissection is fully realized and executed with utmost precision.
