Type QM-C2 Radical Hysterectomy

Cervical cancer surgery can be categorized into lymph node dissection and radical hysterectomy [1]. The author’s team conducted a comprehensive review of the literature and sought advice from numerous experts in the field regarding the optimal sequence for these procedures, i.e., whether to perform lymph node dissection first or proceed with radical hysterectomy. However, there is no strict consensus on the order of these two procedures. In this description, the author’s team will adopt the approach of performing radical hysterectomy first, followed by lymph node dissection.
