Dizziness often presents with non-specific symptoms in primary care, making diagnosis challenging. In some cases, multiple clinic visits may be required to determine the underlying cause, particularly when the initial presentation is vague. This chapter aims to guide primary care providers in recognizing common patterns of dizziness and its management within the primary care setting. It also highlights critical red flags that should not be overlooked in a busy clinic, as these require urgent referral for further evaluation at a tertiary center.
