Heart Failure
摘要
Heart failure is a clinical syndrome characterized by structural or functional cardiac abnormalities, often associated with reduced ejection fraction. Multiple causative mechanisms may contribute to its development in a single individual. Common clinical features include dyspnea, reduced exercise tolerance, fatigue, pulmonary edema, pleural effusion, and tachycardia. Opportunistic screening and timely identification of risk factors are essential for early recognition and intervention. Severity can be stratified using the AHA/ACC classification system, which supports accurate categorization and guides the initiation of targeted treatment and specialist referral. Effective management of heart failure requires a multidisciplinary approach focused on achieving a stable compensatory state and implementing corrective strategies to improve quality of life.
