Synchrotron accelerators were considered as the major development projects for scientific experiments with higher energies from 1950s. In fact, it is a continuation of the earlier chapter specially prepared to throw some further light in the selection of design and developed as per the demand of strategic equipment before finalization of the system. At the initial stage, the scheme of power supply for magnet excitation of all high energy particle accelerators followed almost the same general structure. The realization of electrical equipment chosen for accelerator can best be explained and summarized through two fronts as follows:
