摘要

The study focuses on different cooling fill materials and does an experimental comparative analysis of cooling tower efficiency. Driven by the necessity to improve cooling tower performance, our goal is to carefully evaluate and compare the effectiveness of various cooling fills. Determining how materials affect thermal performance while providing suggestions for useful applications are among the goals. The technique uses controlled trials with three different cooling fills: grass-cable, cellulose paper, and PVC. The findings show a considerable range in efficiency, with PVC showing a slow temperature drop and an impressive 88.54% efficiency. Rapid temperature reductions are observed in cellulose paper (72.22%), whereas Grass-Cable, a natural substitute, performs moderately (68.58%). A simple model for accurate forecasting and useful applicability is established by the study.
