Platformized Service Labor and Mobile Micro-Entrepreneurship
摘要
This chapter analyzes four practices: profiling, categorizing, digital footprint producing, and monitoring. Both profiling and categorizing are shaped by online entrepreneurship. Digital footprint producing and monitoring are created by information synchronization. The four practices illustrate the interrelationship between practices of platform-based trading and the on- and off-line mobilities of practitioners. The mobilities of daigou facilitate profiling, categorizing, digital footprint producing, and monitoring practices. The formation of online entrepreneurship, information synchronization, and feminine practices act as amplifiers of daigou mobility.
