Evaluation with LLEI

Carrying out evaluation and research on “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets” (“Liangshan” for short) is an important measure and practical need for promoting the nationwide practice of “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets”, strengthening the construction and management of “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets” practice and innovation bases, and for guiding, diagnosing, and calibrating local “Liangshan” practice and green development. At present, establishing a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation methods and technical standards is urgently needed, covering how to scientifically and quantitatively measure the effectiveness of “Liangshan” construction, analyze its process and level, and to guide and promote green development. In light of the technical support work for “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets” practice and innovation bases and on the basis of the preparation of the Management Regulations for the Construction of “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets” Practice and Innovation Bases (for Trial Implementation) and the evaluation’s technical guidelines, we have proposed the evaluation framework and index system of “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets” Evaluate Index, LLEI”, in order to evaluate the practice effectiveness of “Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets”.
