Nanopores in Imaging
摘要
Biomedical Imaging probes are the important components of molecular imaging. And will be the major component as an alternative to conventional imaging. The biggest advantages are multimodal, stimuli-responsive, and more focused targeted imaging. But despite the advances, they are more concerned with the safety and efficiency of the probes. Optical nanoprobes are the important components of imaging the various cellular and molecular levels which will be useful for very early detection, accurate diagnosis, and personalized concepts of imaging as well as medicine. These optical nanoprobes are being molded based on their size, surface, morphology, and composition. They can also be pharmacokinetically molded for more precise and target specificity as required for various clinical applications.
