摘要

This chapter discusses the use of MRI as an imaging modality for the lymphatic system. The evolution of MR lymphangiography as well as its present use is discussed. Also, the place of MRI in assessing the lymphedema patient is described. Availability and time consumption have been issues that have limited its use, and these are discussed.
