摘要

Lower extremity reconstruction still remains a challenge for several reasons, among which is the vascularity status of the limb with its direct implication on successful reconstruction. For that several modalities were described that are either diagnostic or, in some part, therapeutic to properly assess the vascularity status of the involved limb. In this chapter, a review of the common modalities including computed tomography (CT), angiography, color duplex ultrasonography, magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), and indocyanine green (ICG) angiography with its different applications and interpretations in relation to lower limb vascularity assessment will be presented.
