Knowledge Graph Construction Method of Bridge Design Codes Based on Ontology and Specification Parsing

Bridge design codes are important references for bridge engineering, as well as the basis for evaluating the quality of bridge design and construction. However, the specification files have complex semantic structures which make semantic parsing more difficult and limit the further development of intelligent engineering construction. To reduce the difficulty of parsing specification documents in engineering construction, this article proposes a method for constructing a knowledge graph of bridge design codes to achieve knowledge structuring. It has established ontology based on bridge design codes and achieved specification paring combining ontology and natural language processing (NLP) technology. In this way, the difficulty of interpreting design codes in bridge engineering construction can be reduced and engineering efficiency can be improved.
