摘要

Digital twin technology integrates data and mechanistic models of the actual converter steelmaking process for full process simulation, improving efficiency, ensuring safety and optimizing operation. As a effective soft-measurment, digital twin not only monitors furnace conditions in real-time steelmaking, but also synchronously simulates extreme conditions and respond to safety hazards. Mechanism-based and data-based modeling is proposed as well as functional-level applications. Mechanism-based modeling starts from the internal physical process of the converter, and comprehensively restores the steelmaking process by combining a fine mechanism model with a data-driven approach. Innovations in data acquisition technology focus on the efficient integration and processing of real-time, multi-source data, providing a solid foundation for the digital twin system. In terms of functional applications, the digital twin technology has demonstrated excellent performance in actual Converter Steelmaking, including improving efficiency, controlling quality and maximizing resource utilization.
