Traceability and Logistics Management for the Sustainability of Peruvian Coffee Exports
摘要
The aim of this research was to explore the relationship between traceability and the logistical management of coffee exports from COOPAGRO in Jaén, Cajamarca. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both qualitative analysis of traceability aspects and quantitative analysis of its impact on the costs and timing of coffee export logistics. Utilizing a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, the research sample comprised 30 individuals. Data relevant to the variables in question were collected using a questionnaire. The findings revealed a direct and significant relationship between traceability and logistical management, as evidenced by the analysis of the generated graphs and tables. The study concluded that the primary hypothesis was confirmed, indicating that the relationship between documentary traceability and sustainable export logistics management significantly influences the coffee sale processes (P Value = 0.00, Spearman test) for COOPAGRO’s international transactions. Traceability was found to be a crucial process that helps identify, rectify, and improve procedures that enhance the product’s demand abroad.
