摘要

The objective of the research work was to propose a plan of strategies for the improvement of the logistic process in the export of Peruvian blueberries, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8), which promotes sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all. A transversal non-experimental research approach with a descriptive and propositive methodology was employed. The sample consisted of 84 collaborators, with data collected through an interview guide with the engineer. Results indicated that Company ACP, a leading exporter in the La Libertad region, holds numerous certifications and offers a variety of products but faces significant challenges in raw material collection, storage, and documentation processes for export. A second sample highlighted, with a high level of 41.7%, the critical importance of complying with export documentation, restrictions, and permits. Additionally, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) were identified as offering new opportunities for economic growth and enhanced business positioning in foreign markets through tariff exemptions. The study concludes that designing and implementing strategic improvements in the packing area’s logistics process will enhance the efficiency of blueberry exports. This, in turn, will improve the company’s operational performance and contribute to achieving SDG 8 by fostering sustainable economic growth and enhancing productivity in the agricultural export sector.
