The term blockchain is regarded as the key innovations in the current era as it enables in securing the overall ownership of data, information and key assets effectively the technology was developed based on the concept of distributed ledger which supports in decentralizing and cataloguing key data which possess large volumes of information. The blockchain is mainly viewed as the disruptive technology which possess capacity to revolutionize the manner in which the business, trade and communication happens leading to redefining the global trade and economies. The importance of blockchain has been felt in many industries and companies are focusing in exploring various opportunities in the information systems (IS) through the application of these technologies, it can be stated that the mobile communication and usage of these aspects are exponentially growing in the current context, the companies are now using the cloud-based systems and other tools for enhancing the business analytics which apprehend in understanding the usage pattern. Through these measures, the companies can focus in using the existing resources. Moreover, the recent advancement in the IS has enable in offering various opportunities which support in enhancing business operations, for example the adoption of cryptocurrency and others has focused in managing the online payments effectively, also the usage of these technologies support in enhancing the safety and security of the network and offer robust control which are highly required in the modern-day context. The study involves in investigating critical factors through quantitative approach, the authors collect critical data and information using questionnaire, the data are then analyzed using statistical tools for effective understanding and apprehending the subject area in an effective manner The critical aspects of the analysis cover, frequency analysis, analysis of association between the variables and regression analysis.
