摘要

A happy workforce is essential in today’s business world as it fosters the growth of skills and increases production. When employees have a positive impression of the organization, they are more likely to stay with it. The purpose is to demonstrate the value of good social capital in today’s business environment. The main objective of the study was to identify the factors that contribute to and predict employee satisfaction. Using the SEM-PLS partial least squares model and SmartPLS software, we surveyed 274 grocery retail employees in the city of Huaraz and Chimbote, Peru, between January and March 2023. It also shows how various ideas, approaches and models can be used in the real world. The results suggest that the model is significant at the retail worker level, with an R2 value of 0.692 for positive social capital and an R2 value of 0.783 for job satisfaction.
