Risk Assessment of Change of Important Equipment Management Requirements in Nuclear Power Plant

摘要

As an important method of risk assessment, probabilistic safety analysis technology has been widely used in power system security and equipment management. The laws and regulations of a nuclear power plant in China require that in case of random unavailability of the hydro test pump, the allowable outage time is 3 days. According to the statistics of the actual working hours of the maintenance personnel in the overhaul of the power plant, management optimization was carried out to extend the allowable outage time to 7 days when the hydro test pump is not available. This paper analyzes the risk of management clause optimization through quantitative calculation and provides the basis for power plant decision-making. Because the change of power plant regulations requires rigorous calculation and evaluation, this paper, based on the general data of the nuclear industry, refers to the safety guidelines of the United States, uses probabilistic safety technology to evaluate the risk of the change of nuclear power plant regulations, and passes the review. This method can be generalized as a general method.
