Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Urban Energy and Electricity Transformation in China Based on Shapley Additive Explanations
摘要
With the introduction of national goals for carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the urban energy and power industry, a major source of carbon dioxide emissions, is facing significant challenges in its transformation. Due to the significant subjective differences in the calculation of the influencing factors of urban energy and power transformation, this study, based on panel data from 296 prefecture-level cities and 4 municipalities directly under the central government in China, proposes indicators for the influencing factors of urban energy and power transformation using the entropy weight method. Considering the limitations of traditional linear statistical models in explaining the influencing factors of urban energy and power transformation, this study establishes a model for strategic influencing factors of urban energy and power transformation in China based on the interpretability of SHAP values in neural networks. The study analyzes the characteristics of urban energy and power transformation in China, providing a theoretical foundation for the formulation of energy and power transformation strategies.
