Research on the Planning Methodology of Green Diversified Power Supply Guarantee System Under the Goal of “Dual-Carbon”

Achieving the objective of “carbon peak, carbon neutral” necessitates increasing the share of green energy, reducing carbon emissions from fossil fuels, and establishing a resilient and diverse power supply assurance system. However, the rapid expansion of renewable energy capacity has introduced unparalleled challenges to ensuring the secure and steady operation of power grids. To address these issues, this study introduces a planning approach to construct a robust and diversified power supply assurance system. This system integrates coal power, other fossil energy sources and new energy sources to deliver dependable power assistance and ensure the safety and adequacy of electricity supply.
