Influence of Energy Consumption Characteristics of Rural Housing on Energy Saving Transformation and Economic Comparison in Severe Cold Area

摘要

Taking a farmhouse in a severe cold area as the research object, a three-dimensional model was established by BIM technology, the materials of each enclosure structure were extracted, and the building energy consumption simulation software DeST was used to numerically calculate the different exterior walls, external windows and roof building materials of the farmhouse envelope structure, analyze the impact on building energy conservation, and analyze the economic impact of energy-saving schemes. The results show that the energy-saving effect of renovating the exterior wall is the highest, followed by the exterior window and the roof. The economic analysis results in the best solution, which can be retrofitted to reduce the energy consumption of the building and improve energy efficiency. The research results of this paper can provide a reference for the subsequent energy-saving renovation of rural residential buildings in severe cold areas.
