Energy Consumption Analysis and Energy-Saving Optimization Operation Research of Air Conditioning Systems in Public Buildings in Jiangsu Province

This paper focuses on the energy consumption of operating equipment in public buildings in Jiangsu Province. Establishing an energy-saving technology system for central air conditioning systems in public buildings and conducting related simulation studies, presents several insightful conclusions. Taking a certain public building as an example, in a multi-unit system, during summer conditions, controlling the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the main unit by 4.5 ℃ when the load is greater than 50% is currently the most optimal scheme. When the system load ratio is less than 50%, adjusting the inlet and outlet water temperatures by 5 ℃ is effective. In winter conditions, a fuzzy control temperature of 4 ℃ is identified as the best control strategy for the system's winter operation. The system's variable flow operation has upper and lower limits of 5 ℃ and 2.8 ℃, respectively. By constructing an evaluation index system for system energy-saving modifications, the paper ultimately proposes an optimized energy-saving operation scheme suitable for public buildings in Jiangsu Province.
