Research on the Assessment Method of Power Layout in the Context of “Dual Carbon”

In order to meet the needs of new power system construction, a set of power distribution evaluation index system considering economy, security and technology is established. The VIKOR (Vlse Kriterijuska Optimizacija I Komoromisno Resenje) evaluation method for multi-criteria compromise solution ranking based on the analytic hierarchy process is adopted, and the group utility maximization and negative impact minimization of power layout are considered simultaneously, and this method measures and coordinates the conflict between the multi-attribute evaluation indicators.
