Based on this foundation, considering the content attributes of cultural and creative resources and their unique characteristics, various commercial development models and channels for diffusion and export should be utilized to achieve industrial development and multi-channel dissemination of cultural and creative resources. Additionally, when distributing profits from the operation of cultural and creative resources, a portion of the profits should be allocated to cultural relic protection, thereby achieving a reciprocal relationship between industry operation and cultural relic protection.
