Reasons for the Effective Transformation and Utilization of Cultural and Heritage Resources in Sichuan

The problems encountered in the development and utilization of cultural and heritage resources are both interconnected and distinct. The causes of these problems are also quite complex, as a single problem may be caused by multiple factors, and a single factor may be the common root of multiple issues. In order to clearly present the various factors and their influencing mechanisms, this section, based on the analysis of problems in Chap. 3 , conducts a differentiated analysis of the impact mechanisms that affect the transformation and utilization of “museums, historical and cultural cities, famous towns, famous villages, and immovable cultural relics.” It also integrates and classifies these mechanisms to further identify the common factors that affect the effective transformation and utilization of cultural and heritage resources in Sichuan Province. This will facilitate further in-depth research in the later stages.
