Issues in the Utilization of Cultural and Heritage Resources in Sichuan

Research has found that there are issues in the utilization of cultural and heritage resources in Sichuan Province, which can be analyzed from two perspectives: the conceptual level and the operational level. The reason for adopting this classification is twofold: first, the development and utilization of cultural and heritage resources in Sichuan Province are complex, with varying degrees of resource transformation.
