The lack of legislative support for technological advancement, even among the infrastructures that have embraced it, makes it a challenge. Digital commercial activity, virtual instruction, and digital administration are just a few of the different uses that the technological transformation has produced that have produced an enormous effect on several facets of interpersonal, as well as economic, and intellectual existence. The concept of creating a computerized legislature, which is the most significant use of technological advancement, was reached by incorporating contemporary innovations into lawsuit strategies; in order to keep up with the advancements of the virtual technological innovations age and address the attendant issue of delays in response to litigation resolution. The advent of digital technology and the global coronavirus epidemic have led to significant transformations, particularly in the legal sector. Virtual court proceedings, or e-litigation, involving felony trials, ought to replace traditional court procedures. It is stated that further investigation is required to fully understand current criminal justice and the extent to which e-litigation practices and rules have developed in different countries, particularly in the area of criminal justice. A review of the literature bolsters this study’s prescriptive and comparative methodology. This study discovered that there have been several issues with cyber penal justice implementation, varying from contradicting legislation to this field.
