Development of Legal Framework of Digital Laws

Unstructured problems, differences of opinion and policy disputes lead to project failures and a reduction of public trust in government. The mental model maps can be used to stimulate the third-level mental model that relates to the delinquent’s behaviors. Researchers are studying mental model mapping and cognitive mapping to find ways to transform tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge; so that the best possible solution to any public interest problem can be figured out involving all stakeholders. Mental Model Mapping provides critical information about the respective individuals’ strengths and weaknesses. The current study is innovative in its nature, the focus of chapter is on developing a legal framework of digital laws using mental model mapping, so that the legal sphere responds to the challenges of the digital revolution. Therefore this research will provide guidance to policymakers for decision-making policies as a tool.
