Digital Evidence and Permissibility in Court of Law

In this chapter, we present a novel method for analyzing how legal concepts are created and comprehended in the largely visual digital age. This chapter aims to give a general overview of the state of law and the process by which legal meaning is created in the realm of practice, as well as what those who desire to materialize law in the context of new societal, intellectual, and technical contexts must do in the light of this pictorial and virtual shift. Our main objective is to develop a novel framework for examining how the legal industry has evolved in the contemporary era. The new area of visual and virtual legal practice is further discussed along with digital communication; and the need for legal education to be retooled in order to assist legal fraternity in practicing law in a digital environment.
