This chapter focuses on the investigation and analysis of certain new challenges produced by the fast growth and greater usage of information technology, as well as their potential future influence. The fundamental ideas and characteristics of the application of legislation are based on a scrutiny of the laws of the United States, Great Britain, Japan, Singapore, Russia, and many other nations. In the light of the findings of this study, jurists make a variety of theoretical as well as operational recommendations for revising legislation governing the use of information technology in legal entity processes.
