The research team collected and analyzed data related to the welding process, workstations, material flow, required number of workers, and actual operation time at the factory. Subsequently, we designed and simulated the system using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software to observe the productivity and output of the machines in the system. According to these data, businesses can implement lean production strategies, improve productivity, reduce waiting times and bottlenecks without wasting resources, and devise a well-thought-out plan for the design.
