Minimally Invasive Gastrectomy
摘要
Minimally invasive surgical techniques for gastric cancer have progressed rapidly over the past decade. In our institution, laparoscopic or robot-assisted surgery is the first choice in the surgical treatment of gastric cancer. For laparoscopic or robot-assisted gastrectomies for gastric cancer, the reconstruction method is critical for a better outcome. However, the optimal reconstruction technique remains controversial. In this chapter, we reported the augmented rectangle technique as a reconstruction option for totally laparoscopic Billroth-I reconstructions after distal gastrectomy and hemi-double stapling technique performed with an EEA™OrVil™ circular stapler for totally laparoscopic esophagojejunostomy after total gastrectomy and its innovations and tips.
