Coupling Effect Analysis and Optimization Strategy of Pressure and Water Level Control in PWR Pressurizer

摘要

PID (Proportional Plus Integral Plus Derivative) control system is used in the pressure and water level control system of PWR pressurizer, and there is a strong coupling effect in the regulating process. This coupling effect may cause periodic fluctuations of pressurizer pressure and water level, and lead to the fluctuation amplitude exceeding expectations in steady state or transient state. In this paper, the coupling effect of pressure and water level control in pressurizer under steady state and transient state is studied by system program simulation, and the related control parameters affecting the coupling effect are studied, and optimization suggestions are given, which provides important technical basis for improving the pressurizer of pressure and water level control in capability.
