A Method for Cable Tray Filling Rate Check

摘要

The treatment of cable tray volumetric utilization in this project serves as a pivotal reference point in the construction drawing design process, providing essential guidance for cable installation and facilitating the rationalization of cable routing. This approach entails the integration of PDMS (Plant Design Management System), a three-dimensional modeling platform, with CRS (Cable Routing Software), leveraging the tool to depict the volumetric utilization between adjacent node points on the cable tray. By discerning the volumetric utilization at each node, optimal cable routing paths are discerned. The volumetric utilization values between node points on the tray afford a visual representation of cable density, indicating both localized cable clustering and dispersion within plant premises. The comprehensive placement of node points on the tray ensures coverage across its entirety, thereby significantly augmenting the precision of volumetric utilization calculations and furnishing a more accurate basis for cable route design. This paper primarily expounds upon the methodology of volumetric utilization treatment and the subsequent analysis of outcomes, culminating from practical endeavors in cable laying construction drawing design for this project, characterized by iterative refinement and enhancement informed by accumulated professional expertise.
