Application of Systems Engineering Approach to Complex Multi-interface Technology Management in Nuclear Power Plant

Zhangzhou nuclear power plant adopts Hualong One technology, the third generation nuclear power plant independently researched and developed by China, which is currently in the stage of civil construction and detailed design. Due to the particularity and complexity of nuclear power technology, some important systems involve multi-interface, the technical problems in relevant design will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the unit. In this study, the system engineering method is applied to carry out technical management. Taking the design defects of condenser shutdown protection and the unreasonable design of reactor control interface as examples, the system engineering method is used to find and solve the existing design defects in time, and finally realize the improvement of the safety and economy of nuclear power plant.
