Research on the Design of Nuclear Safety-Class DCS Maintenance Test Platform

Nuclear safety-class DCS realizes important functions such as reactor protection, which is large in scale and high in cost. In order to quickly and easily realize the functions of nuclear safety level DCS training, commissioning and fault reproduction, a maintenance test platform for nuclear safety-class DCS is designed, and a typical environment is built with minimum hardware resources. The design of the maintenance test platform includes architecture design, interface design, power supply design, wiring design, logic function design and other aspects, and the design process analysis and design results of the maintenance test platform are introduced. The system has been applied to the safety level DCS project of Zhangzhou No.1 nuclear power plant and achieved good results.
