摘要

PWR nuclear power plant relies on primary steam as the heat source for industrial steam supply. Through secondary heat exchange and conversion in thermal power stations, qualified steam is produced and transmitted to users via a long-distance steam line. The steam pipeline for industrial steam supply, managed by a steam distribution box, brings new initiating events, particularly affecting scenarios of excessive secondary side steam flow. This paper focuses on assessing the repercussions of excessive secondary side steam flow (excessive load increase incident), stemming from the nuclear power plant industrial steam supply scheme, on reactor safety. The evaluation encompasses the impact on core safety margins and fuel pellet-cladding integrity. Results suggest that, compared to normal operating conditions, the core Departure from Nucleate Boiling Ratio (DNBR) margin experiences a slight decrease under the nuclear industrial steam supply scenario but remains within acceptable safety thresholds. Additionally, the fuel Pellet-Cladding Integrity (PCI) margin is moderately reduced, potentially affecting the long-term low-power operational capability of the reactor unit. This study offers analysis support for the implementation of industrial steam supply in nuclear power units.
