Nuclear Safety-Class DCS Design Based on Simulation with Independent Stations of Same-Configuration Technology
摘要
The logic configuration of a nuclear safety-class DCS implements the control strategies of a nuclear power plant, and should be rigorously tested to ensure its correctness and effectiveness. Usually, test cases are used to verify whether the input and the output meet the expectations. However, errors found during the test phase will lead to extended lead time, and there is no fast and efficient verification method or environment available during the design phase. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a DCS configuration design method based on simulation with independent stations of same-configuration. By developing a simulation software, running control logic that is the same with the physical DCS, and designing functionalities based on actual demands from the test, verification and design for logic, fallback values, quality bits and T2 test cases are achieved. This method has been applied to a supply project of the nuclear safety-class DCS of a nuclear power plant’s No. 2 unit in Fujian Province, yielding good results.
