Research on Quantitative Hazard Analysis Method of Safety-Level I&C System Based on Fault Tree

Hazard analysis is a key technical link in the verification and validation (V&V) activities, in order to study the quantitative hazard analysis method with strong feasibility for the hazard analysis of hardware V&V activities, so that the hazard analysis work will not have different analysis results due to different analysts, this paper uses the fault tree analysis method (FTA), analyzes the main methods and ideas of constructing fault trees by assuming a determined unexpected top event "PAMS function abnormal". The idea of obtaining product failure rate data and the calculation method of human error probability were deeply studied, then quantitatively analyzed the fault tree, and finally obtain the probability of "PAMS function abnormal". Through the research in this paper, it can be effectively demonstrated that the fault tree analysis technology supported by reliability theory, probability theory, Boolean rule and other mathematical theories is effective in the hardware V&V hazard analysis activities of safety-level I&C system, and can guide the practical engineering application of hazard analysis.
