Application Research and Practice of Simulation Analysis Method in Seismic Evaluation of Instrumentation and Control Systems in Nuclear Power Plants

In view of the current requirements for seismic evaluation of DCS cabinet, panel, and box equipment in nuclear power plants, the testing method is mainly adopted, which is relatively single and has a long cycle, moreover, the testing method also has certain limitations and randomness. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually establish a seismic evaluation mechanism that combines experimental and simulation analysis methods. At the same time, based on the characteristics of the product, a set of simulation analysis technology solutions suitable for structural products is formed, with key points including obtaining a reasonable and reliable mathematical model, using correct calculation and analysis methods, and evaluating results based on reasonable criteria. The simulation results are compared with the test results, and have good consistency. Therefore, this simulation analysis technology scheme has the conditions to be promoted and applied in the seismic identification of structural products of DCS system equipment in nuclear power plants.
