Design and Verification of Automatic Control Scheme for Pressurizer Building Steam Chamber in NPP
摘要
The improvement of automation level in nuclear power units is the development trend of future nuclear power technology. This study designed an automatic control scheme for the process of building a steam chamber in the voltage regulator during unit startup. A set of automatic control schemes based on Smith predictor and PID controller was designed, and the automatic control scheme was modeled, optimized, and verified on Simulink. In the optimized final solution, the control result was achieved within 15 min, with an overshoot of only 0.009 ℃, meeting the actual production needs. Meanwhile, due to the high risk of overpressure and high personnel investment in traditional manual control methods for building steam chambers, the safety of this scheme has been improved compared to traditional methods, reducing the compliance of operating personnel. The control methods used are relatively mature, so the algorithm proposed in this study has practical application value in the automatic control algorithm of nuclear power plant regulators, and also has reference significance for the design of digital and intelligent nuclear power in the future.
