摘要

In order to facilitate the function assignment and design work, the general nuclear safety-class DCS design is usually based on the control stations, because the algorithm and signal of a single control station can be called each other, and the same operation cycle is used, and different designers are not convenient to operate a station at the same time, therefore, each control station is usually designed by a certain designer and cannot work simultaneously, and the control algorithm of each control station and the electrical cabinet are combined into a complete system. Because the nuclear safety-class DCS has the characteristics of complex functions and large systems, the bottom-up design approach for each control station may lead to the problem of missing function and mismatching information between stations. In this case, a forward design strategy of nuclear safety-class DCS based on function assignment and signal flow analysis is proposed. From the perspectives of function assignment and signal flow analysis, the top-down forward design method is sorted out, and the advantages of this method in interactive signal design, system scale evaluation, cables number estimation are pointed out.
