Combined with the high temperature reactor characteristics of simple system, high safety and strong maintainability, a implementation method for the high temperature reactor protection system is proposed. Safety functions are implemented through signal isolation boards, signal processing devices, and logic compliance devices. At the same time, a structure of combined rack is proposed for the first time, which solves the problem of insufficient space caused by too many cabinet hardware configurations. The function of safe triggering is implemented by configuring 3 different relay boards. Configure the channel monitoring rack, PAM rack and visual safety display device to display the important parameters of the reactor, operating conditions and the status of the devices in the protection system to the operator in the form of text; Signals communication realizes signals interaction between different channels and communication between protection system and DCS through point-to-point communication and one-way communication.
