A Design of Intelligent Online Inspection Based on Digital Control Systems in Nuclear Power Plants

This paper introduces a design of intelligent online inspection based on the Digital Control System (DCS) applied in nuclear power plants, aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of inspection and reduce labor costs. In this design, engineers track and analyze the performance and status of equipment by performing inspection work settings, online recording of equipment health status, recording abnormal alarms, on-site inspection of equipment operation information and environmental parameters. At the same time, the design of an intelligent online inspection can collect and store the health parameters of the nuclear power DCS equipment, making it easier for subsequent data analysis. Eventually, an electronic inspection report is generated. The design of this intelligent online inspection was validated by building a prototype. The validation result is that the design realizes the intelligent inspection and online health management of DCS equipment, which significantly improves inspection efficiency and quality.
